Our Insurance Law Team gives legal advice to insurance and reinsurance both national and foreign companies, with start up of their local operation. Throughout our team we get the know how to comply with complex insurance laws and regulations issued by the Insurance National Authority and we advise them in their broker activities, supervision, execution and defense of policies, between other issues related to the everyday life of such companies. Our specialized Litigation Department provides legal services to general risk, life, and labor risk companies, both during adjustment phase and also in court cases. We deal with a large amount of judicial cases, with special focus on agreements and negotiations of whole portfolios.
